The Highland Butcher is a meat-heavy restaurant and butchery mix in Çança, Çatalca. A large sign on the exterior and the Turkish flag hanging at the entrance are noted; an introverted plain arrangement prevails. The atmosphere of the place is casual, comfortable and relatively quiet; the tables are arranged in accordance with the sharing of the groups.
