Gümüşpala Neighborhood is a cafe located near Iske Street, on the border of the Paşaeli Picnic Area. The terrace in the open-air section looks at the water surface from the glass side; the tables are spaced. It is open every day of the week from 09:00 to 23:30.

The venue is casual and relatively quiet; the groups are designed to accommodate spaces to come with children with a seating arrangement.
